Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City took an investigation on Chenzhou government affairs service center on June 13, 2013. It was required by Qu that better service should be handled out by the center to satisfy the demands of people.

Qu learned more details on the reform work carried out by the center in recent years during his investigation. It was introduced by the staff of the center that an enhanced reform of administrative examination and approval was handled out by the center which has been become the biggest platform of government affairs service. According to the data, all the issues listed in the center were with faster working efficiency which enabled the satisfactory rate higher than 90% in recent three years. Beside the municipal center, counties of Chenzhou city also followed the way handled out by the center to carry out their reform work on government affairs service, which helped to establish the service system of whole Chenzhou city.

In the afternoon, an investigation symposium was held in the center. Some representatives of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress, Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC, Chenzhou citizens, staffs of the service center were invited to attend the conference and presented their comments and suggestions on the further improvement of service and working efficiency of the service center.

After carefully listening to the attendants’ speeches, Qu stated that all the comments and suggestions listed here should be seriously taken up by the center to upgrade its reform and innovation of future work, especially on the upgrading of service efficiency, service quality and service satisfactory.

Qu also said, focusing on the transformation of government functions, more work should be further carried out by the center, such as enhanced working style construction, administrative efficiency and government construction; system improvement and upgrading of supervision strength; further reform and innovation; better team construction, and etc..
