Commander of Guangzhou military region- lieutenant general Xu Fenlin investigated Chenzhou military sub region

On June 16. 2013, Lieutenant general Xu Fenlin- Commander of Guangzhou military region investigated Chenzhou military sub region. Xu highly affirmed the arming work handled out Chenzhou city with its traditional, accumulating, and characteristic features. Because of the high level awareness of the importance of national defense and overall consciousness, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government offered great help for the construction of Chenzhou military sub region.

Some military principals from Guangzhou military region, Hunan provincial military region, Chenzhou military sub region and municipal leaders of Chenzhou city such as Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Xu with this investigation.

Xiang delivered a report to Xu for the current situation of Chenzhou city. Xu appreciated all the work done by Chenzhou municipal party committee and Chenzhou government to support the military region’s construction. As the issuing place of “Three Rules of Disciplines and Six Points for Attentions”, Chenzhou was also an importance place of military. Chenzhou municipal party committee and Chenzhou government played an important role in supporting the preparation work of military struggles, implementing the favorable policies, etc., which indicated its high level awareness of the importance of national defense and overall consciousness.

Xu highly affirmed the work carried out by Chenzhou military sub region. He pointed out that all the forces of the sub region should invigorate their spirit to pay attention to the construction and development issues. Under practical condition, the sub region should upgrade its work on the study of new technologies to improve its capacity and then can provide better service to the development of military and civilian integration.
