Speech of Xiang Lili delivered on celebration ceremony of 92 anniversary of Chinese Communist Party

It is the 92 anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party. On the occasion of this anniversary, I was on behalf of Chenzhou municipal party committee to express my greeting and respect to all the party members of Chenzhou city.

With the efforts of all party members and Chinese people, Chinese Communist Party got through many difficulties and led Chinese people stepped into a new era with great development.

It is a critical period of Chenzhou’s take-off and scientific development. Followed with the fine revolutionary tradition and spirit of the times, Chenzhou city was improved greatly with the hardworking of Chenzhou people and members of CPC. At the meantime, a new situation of reform & open up and modernization construction was formed in Chenzhou city. It was figured out that Chenzhou’s take off should be with all people’s strength.

It is necessary to keep the rule to make all the decision on the basis of people’s willing. All the big issues concerned for Chenzhou city’s further development were followed with people’s suggestions and ideas. That’s why all people can follow the decisions and try their best to improve the city. Now, it is a best period for Chenzhou’s development compared with earlier years. All departments should be aware of the idea that people’s approval and support are the foundations of all the work carried out by the Party.

At the meantime, the leading role played in the promotion of Chenzhou city’s development is still Chenzhou people. Transportation construction, industrial transfer, city upgrading, and all other great issues and plans figured out by Chenzhou government should be with people’s hardworking to ensure the plans can be fulfilled. On this point, all the departments should keep in mind to follow the mass line firmly.

“Serve the people” is the fundamental purpose of the CPC. So all the party members should put people in an important position to carry out their work and meet people’s demand well. Education, employment, income, social security, medical treatment, living condition, environment condition and other points concerned for the upgrading of people’s life should be paid highly attention to improve accordingly. To grant people with better life is the final goal of the Party.

How to grab people’s support under such complicated social condition? Keeping sound working style is the only way. Because, only with sound working style can the party members contribute their life to serve the people and help to solve people’s problems sincerely. Only this kind of sincere service can keep the people follow with the Party.
Chinese dream is a great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation. Chenzhou dream is a dream of take-off and fairly well-off. Chenzhou dream is a part of Chinese dream. Keeping drawing the power of take-off from the people by the party members and organizations, Chenzhou dream would become true finally.
