In order to promote 2013 construction of urban community health centers, an investigation team led by Chenzhou government with principals of some relative department took an on-site checking of the projects and held a supervisor conference to solve the problems hindered on the way of the projects further development.

According to the plan, 15 community health centers in the list of construction plan of urban community health center should be fulfilled at the end of 2014. 6 of them should be finished in 2013.

But the construction progress of all the six projects was slow according to the on-site investigation. One of them was even just on the process of building design.

Concerning for all the problems found during the investigation, relative principals of the departments answered accordingly. It was required on the conference, all the departments should work together to speed up the construction process of all the six centers and ensure all of them can be completed on time.
