Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee led an investigation team to visit Anren county on July 8, 2013. It was purposely to take research on the economical and social development of Anren county and the implementation work of Anren county’s People’s Congress in the first half year.

Zhong and his team visited the projects construction sites to check current progress of them. It was introduced that there were 105 projects planned to be launched in Anren county in 2013. Till now, 85 of them have been started with sound progress. Zhong stated that further enhancement should be placed on the promotion of projects construction to improve the stable and fast development of Anren’s economy and society.

During Zhong’s visit on Hunan Anren South Concrete Co., Ltd., he was informed that due to the macro-economic condition, the concrete marketing was with a slowdown trend. Zhong encouraged the principal of this company to keep confidence to solve the problems and conquer the difficulties.

In Anping town, Zhong asked some questions when he met Guo Deming- Chairman of Anping town’s People’s Congress Standing Committee. After learned that the communication and service for the masses were carried out well in the town, Zhong stated that all the representatives were elected by people, so all of us should try our best to solve the problems of people.

Zhong listened to the working report delivered by Anren county on his investigation. He highly affirmed the work handled out by Anren county to reach the great achievements on the rapid social and economic development. He also required that all the departments should keep hardworking on the promotion of development, especially on the implementation of poverty alleviation plan of Luoxiao mountainous area, industrial development, service for people, etc..
