Working symposium of Hunan province discipline inspection and supervision cases hearing was held in Chenzhou city. Dynamic monitoring for cases of discipline inspection commission of Chenzhou city was promoted on the conference. Wang Qianliang- member of Hunan Discipline Inspection Commission Standing Committee was present at the conference and delivered an important speech there. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee made a speech on the conference as well.

“Solution on dynamic monitoring for cases of discipline inspection commission” was released in 2012. Followed with this solution, staffs of the commission paid much attention on the key links and core working points of the cases violated the disciplines to take effective measures on dynamic monitoring, which greatly helped to enhance the quality of settlement of cases. Due to the clear responsibilities, forceful measures, specified penalties and rewards listed in “the solution”, the cases hearing level was upgraded greatly in Chenzhou city. Took 2012 for example, 11 counties and cities of Chenzhou city were with 100% high quality rate for the hearing cases. On Hunan provincial quality inspection of cases, 6 cases selected from Chenzhou discipline and inspection commission and 4 cases selected from the counties and cities of Chenzhou city were rewarded as high grade cases.
