It was learned from Hunan Provincial Department of Justice that Cao Yuanqiu- Director of Linwu Judicial Bureau was awarded as “2012 the most influential legal figures of Hunan province”. It was voted by 25 professors and experts from Hunan provincial authorities, legal departments, colleges and universities and media, and masses.

Cao Yuanqiu assumed the post of the director of Linwu Judicial Bureau in the March of 2006. Due to his excellent work, he was awarded with many prizes on the period. At the meantime, he tried best to improve his professional knowledge to gain the bachelor degree on Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law and past National Judicial Examination.

In 2011, he was assigned as the Deputy Director of Linwu People’s Mediation Committee and was hired as the Chief Mediator of the committee. More than 60 hard issues have been settled by Cao with high efficiency and good results till now. His special achievement on the settlement of land disputes of the power station in Maishi town was highly affirmed by the head of Linwu county.
