It was required on the maintenance of stability conference

The working conference of maintenance of stability was held in Chenzhou city on July 23, 2013. It was required that all the departments should well carry out the basic work and establish the concept of masses to ensure the social stability.

Besides the analysis of current condition of social comprehensive management and stability work, a specified working arrangement of maintenance of stability for next step was figured out on the conference as well. It was required that all the departments should pay more attention to get closer contact with the masses; should learn more details of the actual requests of the masses to upgrade the working capability; should well protect the profits of the masses to enhance the capability on solving conflicts; should adapt to the new changes of the masses work with new more working measures; should strengthen the base of the masses to expand the working pattern; and should highlight the rectification of working style to ensure the social stability with sound working style.
