Due to the new features of open recruitment for new staffs of public institutions, Zixing Human Resource and Social Administration took the introductory training for more than 200 new staffs.
Besides the training courses, there were other contents as “micro-accomplishment” under micro-era, business etiquette, psychological adjustment included in the training. This kind of training helped to enrich the new staffs public knowledge and practical knowledge, which were helpful for their future work.
