11 teams leading by principals of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Chenzhou Government, Chenzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court, Chenzhou Municipal People’s Procuratorate and other municipal state offices of Chenzhou city were dispatched to the counties of Chenzhou city to deliver their working report of first half year of 2013 to representatives of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress.

Qu Hai- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited Guiyang county on July 31, 2013 and delivered the working report of Chenzhou Government to the representatives of Guiyang county’s representatives of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress. Qu Hai said, though the macro-economy condition was complicated and changeable in the first half year, Chenzhou city was still with better improvement achievements on the development of economy and society than other cities of Hunan province and inter-provincial cities. It was highly appreciated for all the concern, support and supervision of the representatives to help to reach such good results.

After listening to the reports delivered by the principals of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Chenzhou Government, Chenzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court, Chenzhou Municipal People’s Procuratorate and other municipal state offices of Chenzhou city, all the Guiyang county’s representative of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress highly affirmed the sound work handled out in the first half year and expressed their wish for better achievements in the second half year. They also presented their suggestions and comments on their work on the conference.

After carefully listening to the suggestions and comments presented by the representatives, Qu Hai stated that Chenzhou Government would pay much attention on these guiding suggestions to carry out further work in the second half year. Furthermore, more efforts would be tried on project construction, industrial development, industrial parks’ construction, investment attraction, social undertaking industries’ development, optimization of economical development condition, grass root work, well-being projects, etc. to make sure all annual tasks to be fulfilled well.

Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress highly affirmed the achievements reached by all Chenzhou city’s state offices in the first half year. He asked all the representatives should try more efforts to handle the work in second half year to fulfill all annual targets set in the beginning of this year and should play proper role in their work to ensure all the practical activities for serving for people can reach good effects.
