A volunteer activity named “beautiful Chenzhou City with our help for establishment work” was held on August 4, 2013 by Chenzhou Municipal Youth League. It was purposely to promote the “three establishments” project and “establishment of traffic management model city”. More than 400 volunteer from different organizations of Chenzhou city attended this activity.

Volunteers would take some actions on the rubbish collection from some river banks of Chenzhou city. Some would take care of the central part of rivers’ rubbish collection.
A special activity on the guidance of civilized behaviors for traffic civilization was concerned for the establishment of traffic management model city. On this activity, all the volunteers would dress up with uniforms to guide the passengers and car drivers with civilized behaviors.

The citizens who were spirited by the volunteer’s hardworking expressed their willing to follow the civilized behavior guidance to upgrade Chenzhou city’s image.
