3 projects set by Hunan province has been finished ahead of time schedule; 10 projects were with over 50% progress; 7 projects were promoted with faster speed

It was learned from assessment office for Chenzhou well-being projects that 3 projects set by Hunan province has been finished ahead of time schedule; 10 projects were with over 50% progress; and 7 projects were promoted with faster speed.

Besides the 20 well-being projects confirmed by Hunan province, 80 projects were selected by Chenzhou city as a part of“one hundred well-being projects”. It was estimated to be invested with over 10 billion yuan on all the one hundred projects, most of which should be with municipal and county assort and financing. All the departments enhanced the forces to connect with the financial departments and upper level departments to help the collection of funds and make sure all the funds could be placed on time sufficiently.

Special ways were followed to monitor and use the funds for well-being projects. Till now, 3.244 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled.

In order to accelerate the progress of the projects, all well-being projects were set with strict time schedule. With the relative departments’ efforts, all projects were launched in this May, some of which as rural road construction, reinforcement for dangerous reservoir, transformation of administrative villages’s electric network, etc. were started from last November. All those measures were handled to meet the target set for the progress of the projects.

At the meantime, more attention was paid by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government to optimize the project construction environment accordingly. Scheduling conference was held every month to check the progress for “one hundred well-being projects”. The assessment office followed strict procedures to inspect the projects to make sure all can be promoted well.
