A key distribution ceremony of the second phase of low-rent housing project of Hunan Yongxing Industrial Park was held on August 19, 2013. Cao Junmao who was one of the beneficiaries of the housing project said excited to the reporters: “it is unbelievable that we can live in such kind of comfortable house in the urban area.”

This low-rent housing project of Yongxing Industrial Park was one of Yongxing county’s well-being projects to solve the housing problems for the low-income families and the staffs of the industrial park. It was one of the important measures to promote urbanization, perfect peasant-workers living condition, and improve the healthy development of county economy.

This project was settled down in Yongxing county’s development zone, covering 31.8mu areas with 32940.02 square meters construction areas and 30.42 million yuan investment (16.47 million yuan was from central investment and rest was from local government matching funds). This project was launched in December, 2010 and finished two years later. 616 suits were facilitated in 8 blocks of this project.

Followed with the public, fair and impartial principal, the suits were dispatched to the supporting families by the way of grasping numbers by themselves. 616 families can live in their new houses after the ceremony.
