It was reported that an investigation group led by Liu Danhua- Director of Employment Promotion Department of Ministry of Human and Social Resources visited Chenzhou city on October 31, 2013. It was purposely to investigate the employment issues for the elimination of backward production capacity and undertaking industrial transfer.

Liu and her team visited some enterprises located in Zixing city and Chenzhou urban areas to check their detailed production conditions, employment and security supports of workers, industrial restructuring, upgrading and updating of products, etc.

Liu stated that all the problems and suggestions listed by the enterprises would be carefully discussed and studied later when they are back to office. Liu also required that all the departments of human and social resources should upgrade their supports on the employment work to serve for the improvement of social and economical development.

Some Hunan provincial leaders of relative departments and Chenzhou municipal leaders accompanied Liu with this investigation.
