It was learned that all 365 villages and communities of Yongxing county were facilitated with service agents. Yongxing county became the first county of Chenzhou city to achieve the full coverage of county-level service agents, which indicated that the comprehensive service system for county, town and village levels have been formed in the county.

Early of this year, more than one million yuan (among which was 0.4 million yuan special funds issued by Yongxing county finance) was arranged by Yongxing county to carry out the construction of service agents. Series facilities were installed in the agent centers. At least two staffs were dispatched to each agent to handle the free service issues concerned on civil administration, family planning, land resource and city construction, rural cooperative medical service, labor security, etc. Such kind of service greatly help to make people to be with more convenient service.

Till the end of this October, all the service agents have been under daily operation and helped to provide the service for people with more than 3,000 times.
