It was reported that the launching ceremony for month of guarding against financial risks was held in Wuling Square of Chenzhou city on November 15, 2013. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City announced the official launching of month of guarding against financial risks. Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City delivered an important address in the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Li Wuyi- Secretary-general of Chenzhou Government. About 1000 representatives from Chenzhou institution system, relative departments and enterprises attended this launching ceremony.

It was purposely to maintain the stability of Chenzhou financial market and promote the healthy development of Chenzhou financial industry by holding such kind of month of guarding against financial risks activity in Chenzhou city. At the meantime, it was purposely to guide and upgrade the public awareness for the financial illegal behaviors and to protect their profit accordingly.
