It was learned from Yongxing County Committee Organization Department that a “double ten-thousand”activity was carried out in Yongxing county to improve the development of water conservancy construction. According to the achievements reached recently, this activity was handled out well in the county, which helped to upgrade the rural comprehensive production capacity.

On the basis of the problems exposed on the anti-drought work handle in this year, Yongxing county figured out the specified responsibility system and working mechanism of “double ten-thousand” project to mobilize the cadres to play the best exemplary and vanguard role on the water conservancy construction. It was introduced that 118 million yuan has been placed on more than 10,000 projects concerned for the water conservancy. During the construction process, the party members covered in the “double ten-thousand” project led people actively took part in the construction and ensure the project to be with efficient results. Till now, more than 40 “double ten-thousand” project models have been set for further mobilization of the water conservancy projects construction in this winter.
