Fighting for achieving the target as “one village, one planning” in the end of 2015

Followed with the spirit of“the comments on strengthening rural planning and construction management”(short for “the comments”), Chenzhou government agreed that some towns and counties to hire rural planners to handle the rural planning issues. It was introduced the principal of Chenzhou Municipal Planning Bureau that the formulation of town’s planning should be finished before 2013, while the village’s planning should be figured out before 2015.

It is the premise for further promotion of new rural construction with the sound planning. Heping villge of Suxian district, Sanhe village of Beihu district and some other villages followed with great planning to figure out their unique new rural construction way successfully. On the basis of such experience, some requirements as formulation of rural planning and improvement of rural public service facilities were listed in“the comments”. It was required that every town should be facilitated one health center, one cultural activity center, one public green park (including exercise square and basketball court), one school, one gerocomium, one farmers’ market, one high standard demonstration road, one sewage treatment plant, one refuse transfer station or refuse disposal plant, one characteristic demonstration industry, etc. Besides those, some more details were figured out on “the comments”.

Concerned for the public service facilities, details on cultural station, health center, kindergarten, small park, sanitation facilities, drinking water reform, sanitary toilets, rubbish treatment, greening, and etc. were specified on “the comments”. Once all were reached the demands of “the comments”, villagers would be granted with much more favorable living condition accordingly.
