It was learned from the “notice of promotion work for low-carton development pilot city” issued by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission that Chenzhou city was listed as one of Hunan provincial low-carton pilot cities and Hunan Wanhua Ecological Plate Co., Ltd. was listed as one of Hunan provincial low-carton pilot enterprises.

It was introduced that under the registration details of the applicants, Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission strictly checked the practical condition and preliminary work of them. Finally, 17 low-carbon pilots including 5 pilot cities, 1 pilot landscape, 3 pilot industrial parks and 8 pilot enterprises were enrolled in the final list with the discussion of Hunan provincial government. Chenzhou city was the exclusive municipal level pilot city in the list, which would be better for its further application of national low-carton city.

In the following step, Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission would pay closer attention to communicate with the pilots and try to obtain more favorable policies and special funds to assist their development.
