Xiang Lili emphasized on his investigation for Chenzhou city’s fiscal and taxation work

It is a critical stage for Chenzhou city’s tax levy currently. Xiang Lili led a team to investigate some tax departments and key tax enterprises on November 20, 2013. Xiang emphasized that all the departments should work hard and be confident to fulfill the annual tax targets.

Xiang and his team visited Chenzhou Local Tax Burau, Chenzhou Tobacco Company, Chenzhou City Investment Company, National Tax Bureau of Chenzhou Economical Development Zone, Yinxing Non-ferrous Co., Ltd., and Chenzhou Municipal National Tax Bureau and checked the detailed fiscal condition there. Xiang highly praised the work handled out by the departments and enterprises and encouraged the staffs to keep working hard on the daily work. During their visit on Hunan Yuteng Non-ferrous Co., Ltd. Guiyang Branch, Xiang checked the production line and listened carefully to the reports delivered by the company. Xiang stated that all the departments should play best role of their functions and provide better service to the enterprises accordingly.

Xiang Lili listened carefully to the working reports addressed by Chenzhou tax departments in the symposium held in that afternoon. He pointed out that currently Chenzhou fiscal condition was not developed so good, though some achievements reached in recent years The key point concerned for the sound and fast development of economy was the increase of fiscal revenue, and it was also the key point concerned for the fulfillment of annual tax targets. Followed with the requirements on the deepen reform of fiscal and taxation systems listed in the third session of 18th National Congress of CPC, all the tax departments should work hard on further promotion of the reform with freer mind.

Xiang also stated that a unified study and judge should be figured out the increase of tax. Under such complicated macro-economic situation, it was still hard for Chenzhou tax departments to meet the targets well, but it was worth fighting for it. Chenzhou city was under take-off stage with sound economic indexes, so the tax would be increased accordingly. All tax departments should keep confidence to fight for fulfilling the targets.

Xiang emphasized that unified understanding on the fiscal and taxation problems should be figured out in the departments. So all the departments can arrange the work to solve the problems accordingly and ensure the increase of the tax.

More attention should be paid on the promotion of emerging industries and key enterprise to optimize the industrial structure, change the tax structure and upgrade the fiscal increase quality of Chenzhou city accordingly. Great efforts should be paid on meeting the annual tax targets as well by carrying out special working and management mechanisms.
