It was learned from Hunan Provincial Commission of Comprehensive Management that Chenzhou city was ranked the first place on 2013 comprehensive poll of Chenzhou social management. Generally speaking, there are 13 indexes concerned for the score of the comprehensive management. Chenzhou city’s nine indexes of the 13 ones were ranked the first place of Hunan province.
