It was reported that a special tutoring conference for learning and implementing the spirit of third session of 18th National Congress of CPC was held by General Administration Office of Chenzhou Municipal CPC on November 22, 2013.

Professor Tang Zhongming- Vice Principal of Chenzhou Municipal Party School delivered a report with the theme of “magnificent blueprint for comprehensive and deepen reform” to fully interpret the spirit of third session of 18th National Congress of CPC from following four aspects: background and significant of comprehensive and deepen reform, guiding ideology and key principals, general targets and short term expectation, and key points and highlights of “central government’s solution on some key points of comprehensive and deepen reform”.

It was required that all the offices should keep learning the spirit of third session of 18th National Congress of CPC from this conference and follow the spirit to handled out their responsible works and help to assist Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee to carry out daily work.
