It was required on TV and telephone conference of safety production work in Chenzhou city

It was reported that TV and telephone conference of safety production work in Chenzhou city was held on December 2, 2013. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee emphasized that more efforts should be placed on the investigation of safety production to ensure its good effect. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the conference.

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instruction on the safety production work was carefully studied on the conference and a detailed analysis of current condition of Chenzhou city’s safety production was also discussed on the conference. In order to standard the safety of mines, Chenzhou city issued some temporary provisions in 2013. In last 11 months, some criminal cases, administrative cases, time limit rectification cases, suspended operation rectification cases, potential risks, and etc. were settled by Chenzhou city. 498 cases have been reached the rectification standard.

Xiang pointed out that all departments should follow the spirit of General Secretary Xi’s instruction and the administrative concept of the central government to carry out the safety production work accordingly.

Xiang required that enhanced forces should be placed on the investigation of safety production and governance of illegal behaviors. At the meantime, more strict measures should be carried out on the process of dealing with safety production issues. Leaders should play much important role in this safety production action.

Xiang emphasized that all departments should keep strict concern to fully implement the measures of safety production. Strict attitude, strict punishment, strict accountability system, strict understanding of bottom line, strict liability, strict supervision, and other strict issues should be bear in mind to work well on safety production work and ensure its stable and fundamental improvement.

Qu Hai deployed the detailed production safety work under current situation of Chenzhou city. He required that all safety production work should be followed with the spirit of General Secretary Xi’s instruction and local practical condition; much more efforts should be placed on key points; and strict accountability system should be implemented well.

Deployment on coal mine safety production was figured out on the conference and handling decisions on some typical cases and responsible people were reported on the conference as well.

Some municipal leaders and principals of relative safety production units attended the conference.
