It was learned from some departments of Zixing City that from the beginning of this Year, focused on the targets of “improving industries, promoting overall development of urban and rural areas, establishing well-off society” and the general strategy of “keeping leading role of industry, improving overall development”, Zixing City carried out different measures based on four-year action of investment attraction to improve the foundation of the work.

It innovated the organization of investment attraction. Four teams which are consulted by major leaders and led by some municipal leaders and departments were set up. The teams are mainly on new industrialization, new urbanization, cultural tourism, and agricultural modernization. It helped to grant the society with rich atmosphere of investment attraction. Relative punishment and reward mechanism was established as well to supervise the investment attraction work handled out by economic departments and key towns. A working conference on the improvement of industries and industrial parks & investment attraction will be held every year. Relative rewards or punishments will be placed to the ones which fulfill or fail to fulfill the tasks of investment attraction. In the meantime, more favorable policies were issued in the city, such as “Zixing City’s ‘four-year action plan’ for investment attraction”, “2016 Zixing City’s evaluation solution of investment attraction” , “favorable policies for the improvement of Dongjiang Lake big data industrial park”, “some comments on supporting the upgrading of industrial transformation”, and etc. In order to promote the work, 3.5million yuan was placed by Zixing City. 50,000yuan capitals will be used as working funds every month. Another special department concerned for the improvement investment attraction was set up as well that some special staffs were designated to handle the work there.
