Including some infrastructure and well-being projects

A concentrate checking and approval conference concerned for some key infrastructure and well-being projects of Chenzhou City was held currently. 13 projects covered with 4.65billion yuan investments were checked on the conference.

17 reviewing points were required for the 13 projects, such as approval of project, confirmation of land utilization, planning license and construction license for the project, and environment evaluation. Four items concerned about feasibility studies, two items for land utilization, 2 items for planning license, 5 items for construction license, and 4 items for the environment evaluation were settled there.

Liu Zhiwei- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of Chenzhou Politics and Law Committee, and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference. As stated by Liu, all the departments should comprehend the importance of preliminary work better and take more active actions on service to solve the problems hindered on the way of projects. All the project owners should prepare the documents with more details and dock with relative departments to handle the preliminary work. The checking and approval procedures should be further optimized and special service should be offered to some special cases accordingly.
