“270,000yuan subsidies were issued to some poverty stricken families after they became shareholders of the company in 2016. Oil tea seeds and capitals for purchasing seedlings which were amounted to 540,000yuan were subsidized to the poverty stricken families, which greatly helped them to lift out of poverty via operating their private businesses,” said proudly by the principal of Hunan Dafu Technological & Ecological Company which assisted the poverty stricken people to lift out of poverty.

From the beginning of 2016, Linwu County changed the poverty alleviation way from blood transfusion to hemopoiesis, which helped to increase local poverty stricken people’s income and sustainable development effectively. The county set up a 10million yuan industrial development fund and drafted “Linwu County’s solution on docking between enterprises (professional cooperatives) and poverty stricken people”. Followed the supporting mode of “enterprises (professional cooperatives)+ base + poverty stricken families”, the county helped to join the poverty stricken families with enterprises (professional cooperatives), large family farms, and excellent businessmen, form the profit joint mechanism between operation entities and poverty stricken families, and improve the development of characteristic industries. The county also made the best of current situation to improve the 3-in-one mode of “projects + industrial development+ accurate poverty alleviation” and implement “grass+ cow industry” project. High quality grass seeds were distributed to some enterprises, large family farms and local poverty stricken families, which helped the poverty stricken families to be lifted out of poverty. 

Shunhua Duck Company, Tusheng Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., Dafu Technological Agriculture Co., Ltd., Zhennan Xiagu Date Industrial Co., Ltd., and some other enterprises played their best advantages to mobilize the poverty stricken families to operate their private businesses and provide relative trainings accordingly. More than 2100 local families were offered jobs in Shunhua Duck Company. In the meantime, some farms, duck farmers, and pepper farmers worked together with the company to lift poverty stricken families out of poverty.

It was learned that the county placed great support on the improvement of poverty alleviation work as well. From the beginning of 2016, 4.425million yuan funds have been issued to the industrial support work, which benefit 7346 farmers of 2950 poverty stricken families.
