On December 29, 2016, Li Bofu, the secretary of the Party branch of Zhuquan pavilion community of Zhuquan town, Jiahe County, received the nomination of Hunan Province's "Top Ten Supporting Police Model." January 3, 2017, Lei Bosheng, Jiahe County Standing Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee welcomed the return of Li Bofu with high praise. He hoped Li Bofu continue to promote positive energy and add glory for Jiahe county.

It is understood that Li Bofu, 67 years old and member of the Communist Party of China, is the secretary of the Party branch of Zhuquan pavilion community of Zhuquan town. Li Bofu always put the people live and work in peace, social stability in the first place. On the one hand, he promoted the community grid management, and actively created safe community construction, drug control, banning gambling, and prostitution to purify the social atmosphere. On the other hand, he established the community security patrol, and leaded the team members uninterruptedly and all-round patrol day and night to resolve all kinds of contradictions at the grassroots and deal with all in the bud.

In September 1988, Li Bofu was retaliated and lost his son for helping the public security organs handling the cases. He and his family's mind suffered the trauma with difficult to heal, but he still insisted to provide clues to public security organs and came forward to stop the implementation of many illegal behaviors. Because of his integrity and bravery, Li Bofu won the province's courageous award, outstanding communist of the county and town，outstanding Party branch secretary and many other honors.
