January 4, the committee members who attended the first session of the fifth Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress actively wrote the proposals with the aspirations and demands of grassroots people. They advised and suggested on the affairs related to Chenzhou's economic and social development and conscientiously performed the sacred duty of participating in political activities.

The proposal from CPPCC member Li Xinjuan is on the problem about the sidewalk of Zhuyuan Road's west side. Member Li Xinjuan said: "Now the fitness people to Su Xianling are more and hope that the section of the sidewalk can be improved as soon as possible to let people and cars pass." For the conference, Huang Yiqing and other members are full of expectations: "We will pay more attentions to Chenzhou economic restructuring and development of people's livelihood".
