As of the morning of January 10th, 181606 of farmers, 11017 of the scale agricultural households, 680 of agricultural business units and 2090 units of PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) had been registered. At present, our third national agricultural census work is tensely and orderly advanced.
After listening to our work report, the inspection team believed that the agricultural census work in our city was comprehensively guaranteed, strongly promoted and orderly worked. The previous period of work was very fruitful. The inspection team required to grasp the registration work, grasp the quality of data, increase the training of grass-roots statisticians with modern means, increase publicity in use of mobile phones, Internet and other modern information to make agricultural census to be known to every household and ensure the completion of the agricultural census work with high quality on schedule.
