In the training, prison leaders took the lead to train police staff in rotation. In order to ensure the quality of spring training, the prison has arranged the middle-level leaders with rich working experience and strong business ability to open the "Section Chief Forum", but also has invited the leaders and experts of Provincial Prison Administration, Municipal Party School, City Procuratorate, and armed police instructors in prison to participate in teaching.
