On March 30, the launching ceremony of Chenzhou "12333" Consultation Day and Basic Endowment Insurance for Chenzhou Urban and Rural Residents Propaganda Month Campaign was held in the Bayi East Road, marking our city's propaganda work of basic endowment insurance for Chenzhou urban and rural residents to a new level.

It was understood that, in order to further promote the urban and rural pension insurance work, the National Human Resources Department will designate as the "12333 Consultation Day" on March 30 each year and the consulting theme of this year is "residents endowment insurance"; at the same time, from March 30 to April 30, our province will carry out the propaganda month campaign with the theme of "let more people enjoy the urban and rural residents endowment insurance". The launching ceremony revolves around the insured conditions, payment grade, treatment payment, handling methods, consulting ways and other problems, through setting up the rainbow doors, display panels, hanging banners, releasing leaflets, live answering and etc., to increase the awareness rate for the related polices on the endowment insurance for Chenzhou urban and rural residents and promote the sustainable development of the endowment insurance system for Chenzhou urban and rural residents. At the event, a continuous stream of people came to consult.

According to reports, the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents has been fully implemented from 2012 in Chenzhou and as of now has extended the pension to 584 thousand people. Relevant departments reminded the general public that "12333" as a toll-free call, will provide the public with the policies and regulations consultation for the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and service guide, and accept the social supervision and reporting.
