Chenzhou Issues "Ten Not Allowed" to National Public Officials

In order to avoid the intervention and interference of the national public officials with the "two committees" general election of the village (community), Chenzhou put forward the "ten not allowed" disciplinary requirements to the national public officials, strengthened the law and regulations, and made sure that the general election was legal and compliant, fair and just, and effective and orderly.

 

The "ten not allowed" discipline requirements of national public officials as following: not allowed to exert influence on the general election work by taking advantage of one’s position; not allowed to intervene in the general election work through sending messages and notes; not allowed to interfere with the general election work by spreading rumors or propagating negatively; not allowed to participate in or encourage the parties to engage in non-organized activities such as tandem and canvassing; not allowed to participate in or aggravate the parties to discredit and combat retaliation each other; not allowed to prevent party members or voters to exercise the right to vote and stand for election by deception or coercion; not allowed to participate in or condone the grassroots Party members and masses to destroy and hinder the normal general election; not allowed to participate in or indulge grassroots Party members and masses to petition; not allowed to participate in all kinds of illegal dinners and recreational activities; not allowed to receive gifts to intercede canvassing for the candidate parties.

 

If the national public officials have the behaviors to violate the "ten not allowed" discipline requirements, will be dealt with severely according to the discipline and law once verified.
