On May 10, the first democratic supervision team of Municipal CPPCC came to the Chenzhou Investment Group to hold the docking meeting on the Beihu Airport of Chenzhou and airport avenues, the extension of the East Renmin Road, the new campus of NO.1 High School of Chenzhou, the Municipal Public Health Center and other four government investment projects.

The meeting proposed that in order to enhance the effectiveness of democratic supervision and promote the construction of the projects, the supervision team will carry out the democratic supervision work in seven aspects in accordance with the requirements of the "ten one".

The supervision work mainly includes the performance of approval procedures and determination of budget estimate for the pre – projects, the open bidding of project design, supervision, and construction units, the construction situation of all units in the construction process, the situation of the use of construction funds, project progress, project payment and the project acceptance, the performance of all construction units and the implementation of clean and honest discipline, the performance of industry supervision departments, and the construction environment and regulation of the projects.
