He Zunqing stressed that environmental protection and production safety are the two lifelines for the survival and development of an enterprise, and enterprises should keep the bottom line and red line to promote the healthy development of enterprises.

In the unannounced visits site, He Zunqing pointed out that enterprises should firmly establish the red line awareness, enhance environmental awareness, and effectively implement the environmental issues. He required that Jiahe County should conduct the re-investigation for enterprises on the cases assigned by the central environmental inspection team; should have specific rectification measures and programs, and cannot be stopped to change; should organize the relevant experts and technical personnel to guide enterprises to rectify, and the enterprises should be punished according to the law for no rectification in place within the time limit. At the same time, with the help of the central environmental inspectors, Jiahe County should integrate the forging industry in all county together into the park and resolutely eliminate the enterprises not up to the standard.
