2017 college entrance examination is approaching. On June 6, the day before the college entrance examination, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Liu Zhiren inspected the preparation work of college entrance examination and stressed to strengthen patrol duty, security and logistical support to let the candidates to maximize their potential in a safe, quiet and smooth environment.

During the college entrance examination, there will be 1,800 candidates in the examination centre of No.3 Middle School. From the test binding room to the monitoring room, radio room, canteen, etc., Liu Zhiren made a detailed inspection for the examination centre. After learning that the school has prepared nutrition meal for the candidates, Liu Zhiren told the school responsible person to focus on raw materials and food hygiene to ensure food safety of candidates and parents.

Subsequently, Liu Zhiren came to the City Education Bureau examination command center to check the confidentiality of college entrance examination papers, visit the staff on duty in the front-line and ask them to stick to their posts and work seriously.

During the inspection process, Liu Zhiren pointed out that college entrance examination is a major concern of the whole society and more important for candidates and families. Although in recent years the work of college entrance examination organizations in our city has achieved a safe and orderly result, but the relevant departments at all levels must be vigilant, grasp the work implementation and ensure the implementation of responsibility; must strengthen the security of examination rooms and the surrounding, traffic organization and traffic control, to ensure the safety; must strengthen the supervision and management for the entertainment, construction sites and other places during examination to avoid noise nuisance and ensure quiet; must strengthen the water and electricity protection and equipment debugging in examination rooms to ensure the smooth progress of the examination. The Municipal Education Department should do a good job on the confidentiality of papers, examination room layout and related preparation, strengthen the training for the security officers, invigilators and other staff and strengthen emergency preparedness to ensure all success.

Liu Zhiren called on all the people in Chenzhou to think for the candidates, seriously comply with relevant regulations during college, keep silent and peace in the examination rooms and the surrounding, and take the initiative to help candidates to create a safe, quiet and smooth examination environment.
