On June 8, Chenzhou held the dispatch conference to carry out and implement the "Interim Measures on Management of Chenzhou Farmers Markets" (hereinafter referred to as "Interim Measures") and build the civilized city and consolidate health and urban construction in urban farmers markets. At the conference, the participants carefully studied the "Interim Measures", informed the issues list of secret investigation in urban farmers markets, and deployed the joint law enforcement work of the urban farmers markets, shopping malls, supermarkets and commercial streets.

On May 23, the Municipal Government Office issued the Interim Measures. The "Interim Measures", divided into 6 chapters and 45 articles, defines the main functions of supervision and management departments of joint law enforcement from legal duties in the form of administrative regulations; clears the matters which farmers market should follow in planning, construction, operation, opening management and so on; clears the legal responsibility of each subject and will be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

The conference required to unify thinking, strengthen understanding and manage the farmers market according to the law; be close cooperation, strengthen the effect and highlight the problem-oriented with the requirement of building the civilized city, to solve the outstanding problems of farmers market; give overall consideration, strengthen the implementation and form resultant force to improve the all; preserve, strengthen the effect and make contributions to building the civilized city and the masses, to create a clean, orderly, honesty and comfort shopping environment.
