What is the effectiveness of the reform? Let the third party evaluate! On the morning of June 7, the Municipal Reform Office organized the centralized arrangement meeting on comprehensive reform of third-party evaluation to fully deploy and start the third-party evaluation reform this year.

Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Party Committee Reform Office has formulated the "2017 comprehensive deepening reform evaluation implementation plan in Chenzhou" according to the requirements of the comprehensive deepening reform leading group of Municipal Party Committee and the document spirit of "Chenzhou comprehensive deepening reform third-party evaluation method (trial)", and invited the Municipal Party School, Municipal CPPCC Office, Municipal Social Sciences Association, and XiangNan University as the third-party assessment agencies, to respectively evaluate for the progress of comprehensive deepening reform, industrial poverty alleviation in Luoxiao Mountain area, the official car reform operation and the progress of public hospitals reform in Chenzhou since the Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee.

In the third-party evaluation of the comprehensive reform, the three-party evaluation agencies will grasp the reform and implementation at the grass roots, objectively and truly reflect the achievements and experiences of reform, realistically reflect the difficulties and problems in the reform process, and evaluate the effectiveness of the reform with facts, data and the feelings of the masses to provide a strong reference to the next step of reform decision for Municipal Party Committee and municipal government.
