On June 8, the elevator safety management conference was held in Chenzhou to study the elevator safety supervision work in our city.

The conference required to establish the special equipment joint meeting system in Chenzhou City and form the departments concerted management pattern; build the elevator network safety supervision platform to realize the dynamic, scientific and precise supervision of elevators; simplify the housing maintenance fund extraction procedures to solve the using difficult problem of housing maintenance fund.

Vice Mayor He Zunqing attended the conference and pointed out that the relevant units should combine with the safety production actions of "big investigation, large rectification, big control" in whole city and attach great importance to elevator safety management to effectively protect the lives and property of the masses; should promote the self declaration and public commitment of maintenance enterprises, and public the relevant information of maintenance units; should establish the star rating and blacklist system of elevator suppliers and maintenance units to promote the integrity and self-discipline of enterprises; should strictly implement the main responsibility, use the grid management, signs of elevators use units, district elevator management area, and other means to urge the use units to fulfill their obligations according to law; should check the safety of elevator, let quality supervision and other departments in advance to participate in the elevator planning review and cooperate with housing department to strictly check the completion acceptance; should strictly grasp the typical, carry out the demonstration community building activities of elevator safety standardization management, and select the "elevator safety management demonstration area" for awarding to improve the elevator management level in whole city.
