He Zhilong not only has adhered to blood donation for 13 years, but also led 12 families to participate in voluntary blood donation, the family's total blood donation volume of nearly 340,000 ml.

It was understood that since the formal implementation of "Blood Donation Law of the People's Republic of China", the voluntary blood donation in our city has gradually became legalized and won the "national voluntary blood donors advanced city" for consecutive 8 times. 100% of medical blood in whole city came from the voluntary blood donation for consecutive 19 years. In 2016, the voluntary blood donors reached 36 thousand people in our city, collecting the blood of 15.3 tons, a record high.
