On the morning of June 17, the launching ceremony of "charity targeted poverty alleviation, vocational skills training project" jointly organized by Chenzhou Charity Federation and Hunan Xiasheng Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiasheng Industry") was held. Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Li Ting attended the event.

It was reported that the "charity targeted poverty alleviation, vocational skills training project" jointly funded by the City Charity Federation and Xiasheng Industry, aimed to offer free vocational skills training for poor families to solve the employment problem and achieve poverty alleviation.

The vocational training courses will be held in accordance with the needs of the labour market from 2017 and plans to train 100 poor family labor forces every year.

Li Ting pointed out at the launching ceremony that the "charity targeted poverty alleviation and vocational skills training project" fundamentally helped the poor people to solve the problems through the vocational skills training and is a good way to help the poor people, benefit the people's livelihood and serve the society. He hoped that Xiasheng Vocational Skills Training School could do a good job in teaching vocational skills training and the trainees could study hard and repay the society.

On the same day, the President of City Charity Federation Yi Peikang awarded the "Chenzhou charity targeted poverty alleviation professional skills training base" for the Xiasheng Vocational Skills Training School.
