Ouyang Feng required that the city's confidential system must do a good job in the confidentiality service during the preparation and opening period of 19th CPC National Congress, recognize the confidentiality situation, build a confidential defense line, and resolutely ensure the deployment of decision-making of the central, provincial and municipal party committee in place; must recognize the grim situation, effectively enhance the sense of confidentiality, consolidate the foundation work, identify confidential loopholes, and resolutely prevent leaks from happening; must resolutely safeguard the core, always be absolutely loyal to the party, resolutely safeguard the authority of the central, determined not to cross the confidential defense, and resolutely implement the decisions of the central; must focus on the key tasks, earnestly safeguard the security of state secrets, do a good job in confidentiality supervision and inspection, strengthen the management of secret-related personnel, promote the provision of confidential facilities and enhance the level of technical services; must keep the party secret, fully implement the confidentiality responsibilities, strengthen the organization and leadership, improve the system construction, strengthen the team building, and unite the work together to meet the successful convocation of the 19th National Congress with the new achievements of confidential work.
