Recently, the Jiahe Employment Service Bureau carried out the real name system data collection and entry work for rural poor labors employment information, involving 10 towns, more than 100 administrative villages and more than 12000 poor labors.

The bureau actively coordinated with the Education Bureau, off-site relocation office, Poverty Alleviation Office, shantytowns and other departments to get the information about the poor households, organized the operation knowledge training on information collection，entry and other specific processes, investigated the poor labors of each households relying on the organizing forces of town leaders into the villages, registered and filled the labors, employment intentions, training willingness and professional needs of poor households one by one, and put the information into the "rural poor labor employment information real name dynamic database" to implement the dynamic management.

At the same time, the bureau combined with the county situation, formulated the "four-year action plan for improving the quality of rural poor labor in Jiahe County (2016-2019)", organized the poor labors to participate in free vocational skills training to master the practical technology, and helped them succeed in changing jobs.
