"PV poverty alleviation" is one of the national "targeted poverty alleviation" projects. On June 23, the author learned from Yongxing County that the county PV poverty alleviation project involved 28 places in 29 poor villages, the construction capacity of 1740 kilowatts; the project took the model construction of "large decentralized, small concentration", and will take the "full Internet" model to help 29 poor villages and more than 17000 poor households after the operation.

In order to ensure the early completion and operation of the county PV poverty alleviation project, the power supply department took the initiative to open up the green channel, and established a tripartite contact mechanism with the local government departments and PV enterprises to support PV grid connection from the service, technology, construction and other aspects. According to the construction plan of county PV poverty alleviation project, the power supply department implemented 2.86 million yuan of synchronous power grid project funds, and organized the staff of marketing, technology, personnel and other departments to conduct the follow-up services for grid project. In order to speed up the progress, the power supply department held the coordination meetings, and organized 4 construction teams and more than 60 people to overtime work for building 28 new transformers, 1.2 km of 10KV grid lines, 8.27 km of 400V low voltage grid lines and clearing all aspects of the work content and process of grid connection, to promote the PV poverty alleviation project to put into operation in the end of June.

In order to ensure the construction safety of PV support grid, the county required that the construction units should grasp the design, construction safety and quality, to provide technical support for PV poverty alleviation projects; should combine with the local distribution network structure to determine the transformer capacity and ensure the projects access to the nearest grid; should be preferred power access point, accelerate the implementation speed of network access and ensure the early completion and grid of the projects, to help the poor village people get rid of poverty as soon as possible.

It was reported that, the annual power generation is expected to reach 2.8 million kwh and will bring an annual income of more than 2 million for poor village after all operation of Yongxing PV poverty alleviation projects.
