The direct economic loss in whole city was 186 million yuan. According to the analysis and forecast from meteorological and hydrological departments, the end time of rainy season in Chenzhou was later than usual in 2017, and the rainfall in July was expected to reach 150 ~ 200 mm, 10% to 20% more than normal. There will also be typhoon rainstorms from June to July because of the typhoon.
