On August 10, the special rectification work conference on refined oil market was held in Chenzhou to deploy and arrange the special rectification work for the refined oil market in whole city.

To strengthen the supervision of refined oil market, crack down on illegal operation of refined oil products according to law and maintain the normal operation order of the refined oil market, our city carried out special rectification actions on the refined oil market for three months in the whole city from July 31, and focused on dealing with the operation without license, trademark infringement, adulteration, shoddy, price gouging, tax evasion, non-ethanol gasoline and illegal operation of small mobile refueling truck; stop the operation stations (points) that do not meet the requirements of safety and fire control in accordance with the law to promote standardized operation; urge the gas station (points) to recover the oil and gas, transform the underground oil tank to double tank or set up anti-seepage pool.

Deputy Mayor Zhou Hailin required that we should attach great importance to and fully understand the importance of the special work of the refined oil market. The relevant departments must maintain the stability, build a harmonious society, unify ideas, raise awareness, strengthen confidence, and put the fight against illegal gas stations (points) and regulation of refined oil market order into the current work focus; must implement the responsibility, give full play to the regulatory functions of various departments, refine the special rectification measures and methods, and do a good job in remediation action acceptance and summary, to ensure the efficient and practical refined oil market special rectification action; must strengthen the responsibility, carefully arrange, strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere to ensure the special rectification work to achieve tangible results.
