On August 17, the reporter learned from the Chenzhou Commission for Discipline Inspection that Chenzhou City strived to build the "Internet + supervision" and gained the gradual achievement. At present, the village-level financial income and expenditure data of 163 townships (streets) from January to June 2017 has imported into the province's "Internet + supervision" work platform. The work schedule is among the best in the province.

The "Internet + supervision" work arranged by Hunan Party Committee and the provincial government, is the important work to strengthen poverty alleviation and the supervision of people's livelihood areas, and has great significance to further strengthen the poverty alleviation, supervise the livelihood fund projects, deepen the party and government affairs, and guarantee the masses' right to know, participate and supervise. Since the province launched the unified platform construction at the beginning of May this year, the city actively relying on e-government external network, has focused on the use of the Internet, big data and information technology means, created a set of public, supervision, accountability and analysis and decision-making in one of the city's livelihood supervision platform with the online public, information inquiries, complaints and other functions, and gradually opened online the livelihood fund projects, township party affairs, government affairs, village affairs, finance and so on to promote discipline inspection, finance, auditing and other departments to improve supervision.

To smoothly realize the provincial parallel operation of the "Internet + supervision" platform at the end of September, and achieve the goal of opening online the people's livelihood funds and village-level financial information, Chenzhou City has focused on the institutional construction, business training, responsibility implementation, supervision and inspection and other aspects, and constantly promoted the implementation of task in accordance with the province's work steps and time nodes. The county (city, district) have set up the leading group headed by Party committee's main leaders and built the good working pattern of government led and departments defined clear responsibilities. The cities and counties have deployed to concentrate their efforts on this work, and the Commission for Discipline Inspection, finance and e-government departments have performed their duties, coordinated to promote the work, grasped the work quality, earnestly implemented the list of livelihood funds projects, determined the pilot villages and towns of opening village-level finance, and reported the village-level financial information and other key work to ensure the smooth promotion of the "Internet + supervision" work in the whole city. Chenzhou city and counties have set up working weekly system, weekly regular meeting system, work accountability system and other systems to further boost the "Internet + supervision" work.
