On August 21, Hunan Normal University Party Secretary Li Min led the investigation group to carry out investigation and hold a forum on the cooperation between the sports industry and basic education in Chenzhou.

At the forum, the two sides had conducted friendly and deep communication and discussions on how to carry out school and government cooperation. Li Min and his party gave high praise to the future planning and ideas on the Xiaobu Sports Town in Beihu District. Li Min said that the design concept of Xiaobu Sports Town has the connotation, characteristic and bright spots and they will further study on the cooperation in the physical education, characteristic industry university research cooperation and other aspects. They also hoped that Chenzhou municipal Party committee and government could fully integrate the sports system resources on the existing basis, strengthen the top-level design and integrate three representative main projects of Chenzhou Sports Institute, national women volleyball training base and Hunan youth football training base to form a good atmosphere of sports culture.
