Sanhe Village in Huatang Town received a total of 143 thousand visitors and Xiaobu Village Baohe Town received a total of 131 thousand visitors.

In recent years, Beihu District established the "A game of chess" concept of urban and rural development, brought rural areas into the planning category and planned to promote the integration of urban and rural development. The district government regarded the "beautiful countryside construction" as the key project, and further implemented the strategies of "Innovation leading, open rise" and "Industry leading, all-round development" to do a good job of beautiful countryside construction.

The district arranged a special planning fund of 15 million yuan to conduct a comprehensive contiguous planning for 4 towns and 91 administrative villages, and focus on the layout of the 51 beautiful countryside construction demonstration villages. With the natural rural environment, rural landscape, farming culture and other resources, the district combined beautiful countryside demonstration zone construction with leisure tourism to create the beautiful rural leisure tourism brand in Beihu District and focus on creating the "five golden flowers", Shishantou Village Huatang Town, SanheVillage, Tashui Village, XiaobuVillage Baohe Town and Huayuan Village.

Since 2016, the district has invested 1.72 billion yuan to the beautiful countryside construction. They insisted on the construction of village roads, public transportation, sanitation facilities, drinking water, sports facilities according to the urban community standards, and promoted villagers to standardize housing construction. At the same time, they equipped the sanitation facilities in the village, set up the rural cleaning team and constructed the public garden to make the village changed.

The district focused on the goal of creating the national global tourism demonstration area, and took the leisure agriculture and manorial economy development as an important carrier of rural tourism to form the "one center, two parks and three zones": the urban culture experience center, city agriculture park, agricultural products processing park, two types agricultural economic zone, folk culture experience zone and eco economic zone. At the same time, the district started the development of modern agriculture "369" project and supported and subsidized in the three links of agricultural production, processing and sales with 20 million yuan of special funds. They promoted the industry rich peasants according to the local conditions, increased farmers' income and strengthened the collective economy to enhance the "hematopoietic function" of the beautiful countryside construction.

Through the organic integration of scientific planning, infrastructure, public services and industrial planning, Beihu District created the "upgraded version" of beautiful countryside construction. The district was named the national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration zone, Sanhe Village was named an example of "beautiful countryside" in China, Aishang Sanhe Green Manor was named the national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration site, and Xiaobu Village was named the national five star leisure agriculture demonstration manor.
