On October 14th, Guiyang County Federation of Trade Unions held the second vocational skills trainings for needy and migrant workers, and employed professional teachers to teach the knowledge and skills of nurses for 56 trainees to effectively promote the quality of kindergarten teachers.

The County Federation of Trade Unions held two skills training courses and provided free trainings for 123 needy and migrant workers this year. The nurses, educational psychology, computer design and other courses were popular among the majority of trainees.

The teachers let the students know how to faster friendly communication with parents, how to do the work of children's safety protection, how to carry out correct hygiene and disinfection knowledge and other conservation knowledge through PPT presentations, site operation and other modes. In the classroom, the students were all listening attentively and making notes carefully to strive to improve the level of business.

Up to now, Guiyang Federation of Trade Unions has provided free vocational skills trainings to the needy workers, laid-off workers and migrant workers for 10 consecutive years to help more than 1000 people to achieve employment and entrepreneurship.
