In October 30th, Chen Xuechu, Deputy Party Secretary and Headmaster of Municipal Party School (City Administration College) preached the 19th National Congress spirit in the Municipal Party School, and together studied and deployed the 19th National Congress spirit with the school committee members. Chen Xuechu stressed we should implement the requirements of the Central Committee on "taking the study of the 19th National Congress spirit as the compulsory courses for education and training of the Party school, cadre colleges and administrative colleges, and as an important content of ideological and political education and classroom teaching", play the role of the main position of Party school, undertake the tasks of studying, preaching and training the 19th National Congress spirit, and actively promote the 19th National Congress spirit into the classrooms, the textbooks and the mind of students.
